TERMS OF SERVICE
- Commissioning me means you already seen my portfolio.
- It usually takes me up to 5 days to finish SL photos, up to 7 weeks for design, and up to 2 weeks for artworks depending on the order.
- Do not sell my artworks in any form unless you paid for commercial use. Selling without paying for commercial will put you in the blacklist.
- No NSFW or porn, minimum clothing such as bikini is fine.
- There are only 3 free minor revisions. I will not accept any big changes after payment.
- You will receive the final HD JPG, PNG and SL ready files.
- I have rights to cancel a commission and you will receive a full refund.
- If you want to cancel and is caused by my own irresponsibility, you will receive a full refund.
- If you want to cancel and is not caused by my own irresponsibility, you will not receive any refund.
- Please save your commissions in a week because I will delete them from drive. Message me if you haven't save but refunds caused by this is not acceptable.
How Do I Pay?
- Payments are only in Lindens and USD via Paypal or Wise.
- You must pay 50% fee upfront after sketch / request approval.
- Commission will be cancelled if you fail to pay in 24 hours. Please send me a screenshot on discord as proof.
How Do I Work?
Be specific with what you want, provide visual references or existing work samples. I will provide a rough concept proposals (SL) if needed and basic sketches (artworks) for approval.Please tell me if you want to change anything because you only get free 3 minor revisions before the final edit. Keep in mind after 3 revisions are used and you still need another edit, I will ask for an additional fee. Missing details and such made by my own mistake will be a free bonus. Again, revisions are only accepted until before its finalized.
Copyright Related Info
I will not accept requests to replicate other people's works! I am here to create original designs that resonates for your brand. I will also not be using copyrighted graphics, objects, images illegally in the design.All unused designs that I sent before the final still belong to me so you do not have the right to own the unused designs unless you pay for it. This means you are not allowed to take and replicate the unused design anywhere.Do not claim my works to be yours. Just because you pay for some rights does not mean you have the full ownership.
Personal vs Commercial
Personal commissions means you only use it either for profile pictures, wallpapers, and non-profit posts.Commercial commissions are used for business marketing such as shop advertisements, event promotional posters, and others. Artworks will have an additional 40% fee of base price and SL additional fees is already included in the price list.
